Crêpe O’Clock – It’s always crêpe time.
Crêpe O’Clock is the vision of Chef Christophe, a French-born gastronomist with a lifelong dedication to culinary craft.

Inspired by the great chefs of France, he trained at Ferrandi, the renowned culinary arts school in Paris, specializing in traditional bread baking and the foundations of French pastry.

After moving to Florida, he became the head baker and co-founder of Jacqueline’s Bakery, where he helped introduce authentic French breads and pastries to the local community.

Yet one French tradition was still waiting for its moment: the crêpe.
​
For Chef Christophe, crêpes are more than flour and butter — they are moments in France: warm kitchens, slow conversations, joy shared over something beautifully simple.
